Detox

I called in the detox yesterday, just in time to make room for my favorite meal

of the year!

 

It was interesting to compare to last year's detox. Last year I had a sudden and

intense need to use the restroom about 2 hours after the detox. It was great to

have such instant verification that the detox had in fact worked. This year it

was much gentler, more like my insides were being washed. Then I had the

distinct sensation that I was being rinsed off from the inside. Felt great

afterwards and never had that mad dash to the john!

 

Since I made a piggy of myself last night, I will be calling in the detox at

least one more time this week.
