Hi Amir

im not a medic but i do know that vitamin c is a water based vitamin.

that means that what the body (80+% water) can't use "right now" will

be excreted. this results in diarrhea which

stops very shortly after the vitamin c intake is stopped. in order to

reach the level where the diarrhea starts you have to be taking some

pretty serious doses, and you will notice that if you have a cold or

high stress that level will increase dramatically. i don't believe it

is possiable to OD on vit c simply because the body gets rid of what it

can't use

Hi everyone,

I've recently begun vitamin c supplementation using EMERGEN-C. It's

vitamin c that comes in a small packet along with b vitamins. You pour

it into 4 ounces of water and it turns into a fizzy drink that's

actually pretty tasty.

Anyway, i was in my garage doing a pull up workout and i started

thinking about animals in general. I started thinking about wolves and

other animals and how they never seem to develop keloid scars. This

got me thinking that maybe it has something to do with the fact that

they produce their own vitamin c. Is this possible? The reason i ask

is that i myself am very prone to keloid formation.

Also, does anyone know whether or not keloid formation is due to an

excess/deficiency of vitamin c? Or does any know of any good books or

websites with detailed information? If it is due to an excess of

vitmain c, would it be wise for a person like me to continue taking it?

Thanks,

Amir

I used to think it didn't matter how much vitamin C I took, but then Doc energy tested me with exact amounts about 2 or 3 seminars ago. You should probably energy test for what dosage you should be taking, and then after a few days, energy test again to make sure that you should be taking the same dosage or not.
