Hi Lyn, Sometimes Donna says, you need more than an energy drill. Sometimes you need a physical drill. Donna also does physical drills for the ears. These are a few of the drills she does...and ones I've adapted from them... Why? Because I used to go through tremendous pain everything I flew. And then those eustacian tubes would stay stuck and painful for up to two weeks. Now, I can easily fly with NO problems whatever. These SECRET eustacian tube clearing drills start out with the " pulling out the ears " drill. You start at the bottom of the ear lobes and pinch them a pull them out from your head, paying much attention to the eustachian tube and how it reacts. You then continue walking that " pinch & pull " drill up the ears. To help the eustachian tubes open up better from the inside... ....as you pinch & pull, open your mouth as wide as you can, and keep yawning HUGHLY all the way through the " pinch & pull " . If that is not yet enough to clear them then I do the " Dynamic Eustacian Tube Decompression Drill " . It's where you use internal air pressure to relieve the pressure that is already there. Listen closely. I first put my index fingers over ear lobe covers to both ear channels... ....and at the same time I put my little fingers over the nose channels... Then I take a deep breath, close my mouth, and... Force the air from my lungs up and out the eustacian tubes to my ear outlets. I calibrate the pressure so that when they just start to pop (a sign of release pressure), I then lease the pressure. You can also focus your intention on which ear to clear first, and which ear to clear next, and to them apply pressure accordingly. Hope this helps. Oh! Sometimes just the action of chewing gum will relieve pressure in the eustacian tubes. If you need more, let me know. Ie, like " hot showers " and getting the sinuses to drain, and while in the shower, do all the above drills...even to the point of cleaning out the sinues so the pressure on the eustacian tubes are relieved in that manner. So, when in the hot shower, actually breath in the steam so it will go through the sinuses and the eustacian tubes. Also massage very deeply into the " side " nose creases between the nose and the cheek bones, starting at the top of the nostrils, and then massage deeply along the bottoms of the cheek bones all the way to the ear openings. The above drills are part of my morning daily energy routine, a routine that was developed to rectify my own personal challenges. Someone else mention cleaning out the ears with swabs, so I won't go into the details of that at this time. I now fly out to give seminars at least once a month. Since I've been doing the above drills I have NO problems with my eustacian tubes, nor with my sinuses. No colds. No flues. No ear pain. No sinus allergies. So I can now fly. I can now drink beer. I can now swim. Ps. have you yet gone to an MD? There might be an abcess that needs to be drained BEFORE any other measures are taken. I would suggest that. 7 Ear Drills that work for pain, flying, sinuses, balance, eustacian tubes, etc
