Guest guest
Interesting weekend. Wanted to share a couple of things with the group. I was on my feet in heels on Sunday for about 5 hours and got home totally exhausted. I took off my shoes and started to relax and got a " Charlie Horse " cramp in my foot. I get these every so often and it's usually in the middle of the night. Determined to not go for the drug intervention, I realized that whenever I have any pain at all (not usually) it's always centered somewhere along the Gall Bladder meridian. (Being a wood element that is not surprising). So I grabbed my handy notes from one of Doc's last seminars and found where that meridian starts (it's a complicated path) and located two sets of pain points. I held the points until one of them eased and followed the pain all the way down to my cramping foot where the pain was most intense. I think this was called Chasing the Pain. It worked wonders. As the pathway of energy opened, the pain went away and funny thing is, I didn't feel as exhausted. The other neat thing is I had a really powerful " Beagle " moment over the weekend (what was in plain sight, finally revealed itself). Anyway, I had this overwhelming feeling of gratitude, appreciation, connectedness...like zing...right in the heart...(real warm and fuzzy) (actually it probably started in the 3rd chakra and moved up to the 4th) when it happened and I started tapping in the feelings so I wouldn't lose them. My question came up that if I have tapped in those feelings, what's the best way of accessing them again and again? One thing that works pretty well is just touching my 3rd eye and thinking about the moment. Does anyone have a better way of retreiving the feelings that are in there?
