Hi Vince

I was wondering in your excellent blog

And my intention went to

 

Programming

your Inner Self

 

So while reading I started to do the drill

And

 

My light hand became lighter and lighter

And started to flow from my knee

Over my shoulder over my head

I was looking and feeling amazed no clue

 

What she is going to do

And where she is going

 

It was as if I was watching my body

From inside but also from out side

 

Then the light hand went to the heavy hand grabbed the other

hand

And stretched both of them backwards

 

I have stopped it there

Although I could continue

But I was a bit unease without

The control of the mind commanding

But

 

While I was doing the drill

It was a wonderful feeling

Of freedom from the

Endless talk in the head

I was just feeling

It was a freedom from knowing all the time

 

What is that drill?

How does it work?

 

Amazing

I felt AHHA

As the first time I was introduced to Huna in 1998

With HAKALAU

And looked into the 3rd eye of my partner

And suddenly

I saw his bones

Till that moment I thought all this staff is a big bullshit
