Ms. Eden didsay that if the K-27 massage didn't work, your body probably wasn't going to let you keep going much longer (talking about driving, but I didn't get anything just doing it). Is it better if someone else does it? For the feet, I was planning to get a stainless bar from the scrap pile at work and slot it into a piece of wood so I could do this. Would that work?Dan C Anyway you can do it is better than not doing it. And, on the K-27's, my take is that you need to do it 4-5 times a day, every day. And if your meridians are really running reversed, you might not have the awareness to notice when they are running correctly. I know I didn't, at first. Now I just focus my attention and I can easily notice. That took training. Now, what does these energy drills have to do with a closed fist or an open hand that is flexed and focused upon impact?
