Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have a big dilemma since I was just told I had a small renal stone and now I just read (here:www .nutritionj.com/content/5/1/23) that Vitamin C can also contribute to that (I'm taking 2000+ mg/day since January). If this is true should I stop taking it or should I do something else to counter this effect? The main dietary changes I made since the last three months were: - Vitamin C and other supplements each day - eating less meat - drinking more water - fasting for 24h sometimes - almost 0 dairy products I'm thinking of reviewing the part about vitamins intake and eating, but I'm not sure where to start at this moment. If you have any thoughts on this please let me know. Thanks.
