Simple Questions can have quite involved answers

This question is simple enough to ask, but is really quite involved.

 

A course of action would be to practice the energy drills. They help clear up

why you need to ask the question in the first place.

 

My advice is to post your understanding and ask for insight and development.

That way your particular interests are addressed and we all gain something from

each other.
