It's all about communication from a higher place - without emotion. I'd also get some lepidolite & put it in everybody's pocket or around their necks. It's got the same chemical composition as lithium - and so helps to calm folks that have it on them. Hope all is calm soon, Evelyn
Guest guest
I have experienced amethyst as intensifying nerves and hyperness in some cases Pale Amethyst is still quite calming especially the flower or pressed formations if you can find one If the Amethyst feels right go for it ask the cluster to help with calming our grandchildren. calming stones that might be suitable for the children include Mica , Lepediolite, calcites. especially pink , petrified wood, chrysocholla the more rocky kind works well Aquamarine, Bronzite, Howlite, Jet, Cobra Jasper, Rose Quartz, Phylite are others but my favorite rocks for calming are often those unnamed common stones that just call you from the ground when you are wandering about. There are a lot of possibilities I actually involved my kids in organizing and packing my rocks when we moved and bought them some of those little mineral hobby sets while we were in our rather long moving transition Playing with these had a calming effect . lavender ,tangerine and rose oils are among calming scents for kids chamomile tea is the classic for kids but they don't like it as much as a nice lemon and mint tea slip a bit of lemon balm in if you have it Peggy treesaz wrote: >Hello, > >I have 2 wonderful grandsons who are extremely hyper, at home. >I told her I would ask you all and see if there is anything she can >put in the house to give off a calmness.
