Adrenaline dumps are a regular thing in my line of work. Panic is...frowned upon, to say the least. I'm not quite sure how to manage the physical manifestations. I've noticed in the past 6 months that my voice starts shaking when it happens. It didn't used to...and it's happening whether it's a personal safety issue or a professional matter. Don't know what the answer to that is, but it sure is aggravating. Hi Carol, Here's one answer that works well for most people that have NOT gone over the hypothalamus/triple warmer edge into instant stupid. It's a Psychological Reversal technique from Energy Psychology. It's very quick and very easy to do. It is also very effective, and can be verified with energy testing. 1. Find the 2 spots where your arms are attached to the body. It's like a vertical line that is about 4 inches long. This is the Central Meridian Neurovasculars. 2. With the finger tips of the right hand, massage DEEPLY the left CMN as you state out loud, " Even though my voice is shaking I TOTALLY ACCEPT AND APPRECIATE MYSELF! " 3. Do that 3-5 times on that side, 4. Then switch and do it on the right side, massaging with the left hand finger tips. The entire process takes about 30 seconds.
