It is loaded with useful ideas that are applicable to many issues. Karin Witzig decides to use EFT (instead of meds) for her menstrual cramping but does so during a road trip to the airport. She taps on "whatever shows up" and, in the process, tunes into some important core issues that were otherwise hidden from her awareness. The result was a dramatic lessening in her menstrual cramps as well as freedom in other areas. Suppressed anger expelled via the stomach: Here is more evidence of the link between our physical ailments and our unresolved emotional issues. In this case, Jenny Newton describes an intense case of suppressed anger that is expelled (while doing EFT) from the stomach via 5 minutes of burping and acidic sensations. Surrogate tapping brings peace to my filly, Rose!: LeAnn Fisher's horse, Rose, had traumatic experiences regarding her feet at an early age. As a result, Rose would panic and bolt for freedom every time the blacksmiths (farriers) would come around. However, with LeAnn's simple surrogate tapping the whole problem resolved itself. Note how LeAnn found herself automatically "tuning in" to Rose's issues. Fascinating concept. Some simple rounds of EFT brought rapid relief and, the next day, the problem was nowhere to be found. Using EFT for Tachycardia: This personal account by Malcolm Kirke (age 75) from The Philippines provides an excellent example for those who "give up too soon." Malcolm had frequent bouts of rapid heart beating for which EFT provided only temporary relief. However, he persisted and one day a true core issue rolled off his tongue while he was doing EFT. He pursued it and his tachycardia reached an impressive new level of improvement. Dancing case: "Even though I know how to do EFT, I still didn't trust myself.": This is an ideal case for those who are timid about trying EFT, especially on themselves. Lonnie Graf had these self-doubts regarding her use of EFT on a form of dancing stage fright. As it turns out, she was becoming panicky about her upcoming dancing performance and so was compelled to try EFT. It was either that or experience panic during her performance.
