Yes, several of them. The one she always seems to mentions is the

Connection Between Heaven and Earth.

>I'm familiar with the spinal flush, yet I've

> tried it and for me that really needs two people.

Not really. It can easily be done by one person.

Let me tell you how that can be done.

What Donna Says (as did Given) is to do the Crown pull, and then

press the neck NLR's down as far as you can reach...

....then reach up your back as far as you can reach, and work the

rest of the way down the spine, and outwards on the CS-NLR's, ending

at the back of the hips.

(That darn Cinta is so flexible he can reach all of his own spine. I

was flabbergasted the first time I saw him do it. Awesome!)

NOW, do the front NLR's. Starting along the bottom of both collar

bones, ending up where the arms are connected to the body...

....then work down the stern...then down the outsides of the

sternum...

....then the liver NLR's under the breasts...now the NLR's on the

inside of the rib cage...being sure to get the Spleen NLR's. Now the

Kidney NLR'...

....the Bladder NLR, and going down to the Post office points above

the pubic bone...

Now the one's Given mentioned, the outside of the thigh, both legs,

and the insides of the thighs, both legs.

Donna mentions that when you really take care of the front NLR's,

the one's on the back you can't reach, will take care of themselves.

>I'm alone here.

No your not alone. You have communication. And you have people on

this list that love to assist.

And, because of your other challenges, I'd probably add on the Joe

Cristi drill a couple of times a day.

I've athletes that are in their 60's, moving like they are 20

because of that drill.

Sincerely,
