On my own lists I have 3 moderators... ....and when I'm out-of-town they know and take responsibility for the group. Someone is always there twice daily to okay new people, to okay moderated posts, and to answer the questions daily. All in all, only about an hour a day TOTAL for three different lists. Sometimes if I feel prolific, maybe 2 hours. One of the lists has about 2,000 members. Another has 780 members, and the last has 372 members (depending on which count you go by). Then there are the other 27 lists I belong to and post to, under one alias or another. The rewards are many. The writing practice is great. The fine tuning of word skills, along with thinking skills is awesome. AGAIN, Barbara Ann, any way I can help, email me privately and let me know. You mentioned about 4 months ago that you were hesitant about this list. Then at the last Grid class you mentioned you were looking for someone who " cared " who Wood help out. --- End forwarded message ---
