Well Franko, there is one BIGGIE that most people don't know about.

 

It's the point that BOTH people MUST BE at least 200 on the Hawkin's

scale of consciousness BEFORE it can work in a reliable.

 

And that's presupposing that they are following proper energy testing

procedures.

 

So, get two people that can get their energy testing working and

verifiable, and HAVE THEM TEST YOU!

 

If that's the problem, then there is some clearing and behavior

modification you might want to do.
