Guest guest
Hi Mary, Not having enough energy to get one through the day is most likely attributable to clogged up bowels. In other words, too much dried fecal matter caked on the walls of the intestines. Impacted dried fecal material keeps nutrients from passing through the walls of the intestines and getting into your blood where it can then go to the liver for processing before being shipped to every cell in your body for fuel. A very good serious bowel cleansing, along with a liver cleanse and total body cleanse and using the total tonic, total nutrition and panther Piss will do more for your energy levels in the long run than using herbs to perk you up. Yes there are quite a few herbs out there that will work for this but I don't recommend using them for this purpose as this is not what these herbs are specifically used for. The use of these herbs for energy stimulation can become quite "deadly". The use of herbs to stimulate ones energy levels is a new fad and has never, to the best of my knowledge, been practised before in history. These herbs are all very powerful herbs and are always combined with other herbs and in very small amounts. So instead of looking for the bandaid, why don't you figure out the "WHY" to your lack of energy: be it diet, a good possibility, and/or plugged up bowels, very likely, and solve the problem once and for all. Your body will definitely love you for it. Guest guest
I think that low energy can be a sign of several things, toxic bowels certainly being one of them. But, it can also be a sign of mild/moderate dehydration (due to insufficient mineralization of the body which is needed to get water into the cells), adrenal stress (due to a hectic lifestyle, too many stimulants, toxic organs, not enough fun and relaxation), nutrient deficiency, toxic liver, not enough exercise, etc. Low energy is definately a sign that you need to start working on getting healthier - eating good, exercising, getting enough sleep, detoxing the organs and cells of the body, etc. While I think it is important for everyone to educate themselves on proper care of the body, I also think it is a good idea to find a natural health practitioner in your area who can work with you, recommend appropriate tests, etc. to put you on the right track that is specific to YOU. Guest guest
Hello all I have been doing EFT/neurolymphatics that has been recommended/posted/read Donna Eden/Gary Craig etc to get me to function at a higher level of energy.....instead of the continued exhaustion. Somehow, it seems, things work for a day or so and then...I am back in the pits or worse...and then I even have trouble forming the statements for EFT to tap... " even though.... " for example, today, I have not had the energy to do literally anything except eat and sit. I keep eating thinking that will give me energy, but no such thing. The fog is still there and the need to lie down. I have tried affirmations, motivating myself and getting mad at myself....nothing is lifting the heaviness and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions/skills would be appreciated. This is all since the accident. It seems the things I was unable to attend to eg bills,classes--- has made things much worse. Yet they continue to get worse with me feeling the way I do. I am generally not a bag of jello---
