Guest guest
Hello, I have been a " lurker " here for quite some time, but, have never posted. Recently, I have been having a weird pain in my left ankle, achillis heel, that is worse when I get up in AM or, have been sitting and then stand up. It only bothers me when walking when I " come down wrong " on the foot. I have tried all the [points in the foot I know of, with no relief. Any suggestions appreciated. Guest guest
It sounds like you may have plantar fascitis. What I have done is to do direct moxa on my heel. It was very effective. Also I brought shoe inserts. Don't get orthrodics. If you don't know how to do direct moxa, you can use a moxa stick for 5 minutes or so on different areas on the bottom of the heel.
