Well continue with the Energy drills, especially the TW normalization, the SP Strenghtening points, and the lymphatic massages. Do them when you get up, before you exercise, after you exercise, and before going to bed. Also do the other energy drills that I emailed you privately. They will keep your energies running in the proper directions, even with the exercise. And, from your comment, " Exercise just doesn't do what it used to. " , actually points out something else. Your situation is similar to another lady that came to me for weight loss, Jane. She'd attempted exercise, diets, blab, blab, blab, and nothing seemed to work. She was eating like a sparrow and still was much bigger than she wished for. She was 47. What she didn't know was that we have build in aging clocks in our endrocrine system, and as we get older, certain changes occur. The secretion of certain chemicals slow down, or stop completely. One of the changes that occurs is that the pituitary gland, the gland that secretes growth hormone (which burns fat quick, and makes muscle quick), diminishes the release of GH by 30% by the age 30 (approx), and by 90% by the age of 40 years old(approx). Normally, after the age of approx 30, GH is NOT released by exercise, BUT is only released by PAIN! (GH is also released during Delta brain wave, but that is a different technique. If interested, let me know.) Arnold S. is a good example of this. One of his statements in his book is, " When I need the barf bucket, THEN I know I start my real workout! " The good news is, there are vitamins that are very effective GH precurors, that when you supplement your diet with them, you will, along with some light exercise, BURN FAT QUICK and MAKE MUSCLE QUICK like a teen ager! When Jane (the other lady) started combining energy drills with exercise, with the GHp, her results were INSTANT. I gave this information to another lady, Sue, and Sue took the vitamins, but took them at the wrong time, so they were totally ineffective. Sue didn't exercise. Sue didn't do the energy drills. Oh well. We are all different in our attitudes, in our emotions, and in our willpower. If you are interested GHp and the exact method to take them, let me know.
