Guest guest
Hi, I did something with the IDD that I haven't tried before until now because usually just the setup and IDD tapping sequence are all I ever need. No holding of forehead points and fear points is usually required for it to work well for me. A couple of days ago I was tapping on an " issue " that was causing some resistance and while doing it something really " Big " came up. I had a feeling of tightness and restricted breathing in my chest area that just wouldn't go away. I couldn't take a deep breath and it was a very uncomfortable feeling like I couldn't breathe. I think I now know somewhat what an asthma sufferer experiences, the anxiety, etc.. The uncomfortable restriction stayed and nothing I did, as far as further tapping, seemed to be working on clearing it out. I was alone at the time, so had no one to hold my forehead neurovasculars and fear points while I tapped, so what I did was I went to hakalau and visualized myself tapping through the points as I stated the reminder phrase, while I physically held one hand over my forehead neurovasculars and the other over the fear points. It worked beautifully! The restriction cleared out with a big huge sigh of relief before I even got past the K27 points. I took a big huge breath and it felt really good. SUDS level 0 when I think of the issues now. Breathing is very deep and easy. Thanks Lori
