Guest guest
You're right, thanks for the message. Yet, the funny things is I've taught it this way and it works. I don't know why. Seems it works from intention. How would you be more specific about " how to open the heart chakra " ? Guest guest
Can you be more specific, then, about what it means to open the heart chakra? What would an open heart chakra feel like? Do you consider that it is absolute, in that it is either open or closed, or that there could be a range of open-ness that a person could move through under a variety of experiences? The more experiential description it is possible to have, the easier it would be to intend to have the experience. Guest guest
Really good point. Thanks. I see in my mind the region of the heart chakra and the heart. It's a dissociated picture. Then I say in my mind: I now open my heart, and my heart chakra and let this good energy spread in all my body, and to all people around me that might benefit from that. Then I see (in my imagination) some kind of " light ripples " . White waves of light pulsing from the heart chakra, moving to every parts of my body. How do I know it's working? I feel a specific kinesthesic that I don't feel normally. It has qualities that I associate with the heart. Good vibes, lightness, " joy circuitish " , no judgement, a freeing sensation, and some kind of buzz. Also, this state of consciousness is radically than my normal state. It is more relaxed. My energy is spread more evenly in my whole body. Lense energy stuck in my head. Hope this helps, Olivier
Guest guest
Ahahaha! Hi Helen! I like the way you describe it: waves of an outward swelling of joy. It's the way I know it's working: when I get this kind of feeling. I don't " love " people that much normally Olivier - Helen Driscoll Wednesday, April 07, 2010 8:22 PM Re: Re: you did not say how you open heart chakra Hi Oliver, Akasha, Shoulders back: open chest area. Fill your heart with love. Breathe it in and out. I usually feel my heart breathe and waves or an outward swelling of joy..... When Radin did an intention experiment with about 500 people at the Noetic Institute conference, he only asked everyone in the room to fill their heart with love, and focus on the leaf 9experiment). In a room full of some good energy, but mostly collapsed heart chakras -- they got a powerful response. Helen
