They are willing to do anything for another 1/2 " of muscle. > I don't; want to insult anyone on the list, but at the gym they were referred to as plate heads... You are not insulting me. The heaviest weight I life is a dinner plate...but I do love to whomp on people. Kick them in the head, punch them in the kidneys, the loving " hands " stuff. > If going to curves gets your radiant circuits humming and you don't; end up homolateral it might work, but if not, and you feel that you are just " repeating conditioned behavior skillfully, " > you are a rat on a wheel. I don't; think it will work over the long run. Yes, you are right, " IF " that is all they do. Which is the reason I did supply S with other drills to augment the Curves program. And, the Curves program is much better than staying home and " feeling bad " . At least those at Curves are doing something... So, for women, I SUPPORT CURVES 100%. I do suggest that those people there add a bit of specific energy drills to their routines... ....just like my weight trainers have added energy drills to their routines... So, not only do they have those budging muscles that they desire, they have health, they have coordination, they have looks that MATCH THEIR CRITERIA... ....it's a good all around program. Nice hearing from you again Patricia. On top as always. Sincerely, Huggy Feely > The brain and body want to keep growing, being challenged etc and there are a lot of different combinations of exercise patterns. I think Heart as the basis of weight loss is not for everyone. Unless you are experiencing boundless joy....more light, Patricia --- End forwarded message ---
