One of the MOST EMPOWERING CONCEPTS I've ever learned from Donna

Eden is that when she had MS (plus a bunch of other crapola <a

technical term> happening to her), all she needed to do was to TAKE

CHARGE of her own energies, do the damn drills, and pretty soon,

none of the other stuff mattered.

 

Why NOT?

 

Because she was " now " in touch with how external energies, and

internal thoughts affected her mind, body and 8 differen energy

systems, and COULD THEN CHOOSE the direction she wished to take with

her health by doing specific drills to augment her own health.

 

So, things do happen...and she has given many skills to regulated

and normalize those external/internal things happening.
