Course Objectives

o Be able to understand the basics of motivational psychology, adult learning and effective instructions

o Be able to recognize the qualities of a professional teacher and the power of attitude in medical education

o Know how to effectively use lectures, small group facilitation, skills teaching and scenarios as educational tools

o Be able to understand the team dynamics and situational leadership

 

Format

Power points, interactive sessions, practical illustrations and

hands-on workshops

 

EIS Course is suitable for doctors who are actively involved in medical teaching or have ambitions to become an effective teacher such as faculty members, postgraduate trainees, residents, Family Physicians and junior doctors

 

Pre registration is mandatory

Registration Fee: Rs. 1200/=

 

Only 32 slots on first come first serve basis

Fee include manual, Hi Tea & International Certificate
