Guest guest
Hey All, Last year I taught about 200 folks some Energy Medicine stuff. Stuff that was outlined by D & D, which had some structure and had some back up videos. I studied harder than I ever did for those 6 weeks. Everyone said I was a pro. This year, I've done some of the same stuff, but differently. Im not studying hardly anything, yet when Im in front of folks teaching, its alot more natural and intuitive and dynamic. and when folks ask me all kinds of questions, Basic or Advanced, I know the answers instantly. ] and oddly, I now have a whole team of 6 to 10 assistants, also trained by Donna who also know EM " good enough " to help in a wide variety of ways. which we train and practice together 2 to 3 times a month. So now that I have alot of tools under my belt to teach, trying to incorporate some other teaching styles to keep folks motivated to do the drills as homework, and invite more folks and keep things growing, is my next challenge to figure out, Any ideas or comments to incorporate these other areas, when working with large groups, would be appreciated ?? because after Donna comes in a few months, the 200 folks could easily grow to 400. and keeping things moving for beginners and advanced folks at the same may be a challenge.
