Guest guest
Here's a couple of quickee self-help energy drills. Scratch her back from side to side when you are cuddling her. That will activate the rear Bridge Flow (a Radiant Circuit). Then you can make a big HEART on her chest, starting at the bottom of the sternum, around the breasts to the outside of the chest and then coming together about the navel. That's a quickee for the front bridge flow. When the Radiant Circuits are activated, most all the meridians hookup like they are supposed to. The Radiant Circuits are hyperlinks to where ever you want them to go. Since she is 2, she is still in delta, and will pick up your non- vocalized intentions very easily. She is now a living emotion detector. You worry, she worries. You feel good, she feels good. > wow - you are very good. > > ok - she'll be 2 in march; and although she has > good imitation play skills i can't teach her a > routine for now. the only hook up she'll let me do > is touching her tail bone and the point at the base > of the skull and neck, sometimes the belly button > and tail bone...just today she let me do her belly > button and between the eyes. normally i can't do > that at all. do i HAVE to have my hands on her to do > hook up - or can i put my hand over her like with > meridians? > > sometimes she lets me spin her chakras, and > sometimes not. > > i try playing withher by playing a tickle game or > " this little piggy " when tracingher meridians - but > again, that is hit or miss. > > what are alpha drills? > > and normally she has such a regular sleep > schedule, but was way off over the weekend. i do all > that i can not to compromise her nap time. she loves > her naps, too. > > i know i benefit hugely by touching my > neurovascular points, i'd like to get my hands on > her head long enough to do that for her. > > thanks so much for your help. > > regina > > doc towers <docspeed2001 wrote: > > --- Aloha Regina wrote: > > > thank you very much for that. > > > > does this also help for being seizure " prone " ? > > Yep. > And just doing the 5 min routine, which has the > " other " hookup in it will also help and build up the > energy bodies habits so that the seizures will no > longer be a part of her process. > > > she had 2 serious seizures over the summer - none > > since, but sometimes is " twitchy " or her eyes > > momentarily roll back but is rouseable...like when > > she's overtired - like yesterday and all of the > > holiday parties and overstimulation. > > Doing a nap during the afternoon really helps.
