Peggy - Thank you very much for this wonderful post on Rainbows. They truly

do represent a symbol of hope in these troubled times. The appearance of a

rainbow in the sky has always been something to stop work for, and the

occasional double arc is truly awesome. I have glass crystals and

holographs in all my windows to cast rainbows around the rooms as well as

several crystals with rainbows seemintly 'captured' in their depths. I was

very pleased to get a rainbow obsidian on ebay recently.

 

The old CD's are a great idea and we have several hanging in the fruit trees;

the rainbows this time discourage the birds from raiding the apples and

cherries, hopefully sending them to find their meal on nearby 'wild' trees.

I even have a rainbow T shirt to wear to brighten a grey day and of course

the arc en ciel is my web logo too :-)
