Now on to the 5 minute drill, activate the RC and the Belt Flow and I'm good to go. I'm really looking forward to the seminar in just 3 weeks. I've completed quite a bit since the February training and am eager to share with the group and learn lots of great new information. Thank you...you're the best!!
