Blessings... I found another little bit regarding the wood-fish stone

(apparently also called Wooden Fish Stone). Here is the blurb:

 

Wooden Fish Stone

 

Wooden Fish Stone is mined from Mount Tai. It's similar to

the wooden fish beaten by Buddhist priests when chanting

scriptures in colour, veins and sound. Its colour is that of padauk with

close texture and clear veins. The works of art inscribed from it is

plain. It contains many kinds of chemical elements which are needed in

the human body, such as strontium, copper, zinc and oxygen. Drinking the

wooded fish stone mineral water, people can delay becoming old and

feeble, and protect themselves from high blood-pressure and artery

stiffening.

The wooden fish stone products are produced by Changqing Hotel

Jade Production Factory of Changqing County,Jinan City. It

includes tea utensils, useful crafts and arts, in more than 50 varieties.
