I find that it somehow exerts a calming yet energizing effect on me. Something interesting i heard recently is that this stone is technically not a true moonstone but actually white laboradite.(i think that they are very closely related any way so I dont know that this really means anything!) I found this interesting because i have also been very drawn to grey laboradite(which exhibits the same beautiful iridescent colours) before i knew their relationship to one another.
