I'm a visual/kinesthetic...which is a requirement for what I do in Martial arts. Auditory is NOT a wanted component for that skill. You need see-do. So, segment intending is very important. When I learned how-to-do theta consciously, the theta sound was necessary. Now I have anchors that carry me there without that sound. See/do anchors.
