So Now What? I fixed my little emotional disturbance in my energy field now what? Well the problem may be a little deeper than that. So you do respect and appreciate yourself……It's about time, but what to do now? How about blessing yourself, your body, your knowledge, your mind, your skills, your brother, father, mother, sister? Now you have done the EFT and the blessing. Now comes the question " What do I want? And the magic question " If I knew what I wanted what would it be? " Next step " NLP " This gets you to the Well-formed Goal and conditions. The five conditions that must be met for a dream or desire to manifest. 1. State in the positive. (miss-matchers use this " If I knew how to state my goal in the positive how would I? or not.) 2. Must be initiated and maintained by self. 3. Sensory based. 4. Specified as to who, where, and when; 5. Ecological for the person Once you have your goal use association and dissociation to set the propulsion system. You associate into all the bad things that will happen to you if you don't get moving towards what you want. Then look out into your future and see the you who accomplishing their goals. Watch (dissociate) how much better their live is than yours. How much healthier their are than you. Play that movie (dissociate) of the future you doing all things. Are you beginning to feel a little jealous of that person? Do you really want what they have? Ok, now go ask them what they did to get to where they are at. Time Line Next…..
