I don't Lori, and I don't teach any of my people to do their training that way. That concept of " alpha " is a hold-over from the older days in SMC, when alpha was thought to be the answer for everything. More research has shown that to " stay in alpha " you need to go even deeper first, as I stated in my last post, along with the reasoning behind that, and the " building of bridges of consciousness " . > Is it kind of a " training wheels " thing? First you need to learn >to tune to alpha, then to theta? Or, maybe you can tell me if I >have formed an incorrect conclusion? Okay. Back to the " bridges of consciousness " concept. Yes, training wheels is a good metaphor for learning those states. Learn the bridges between beta and alpha, and ACTIVITY so you are conscious all the while! Learn the bridges between beta and alpha and theta, and ACTITIVY so you are conscious all the while. Best Healing and telepathy occur at theta. Okay results occur at alpha. In both of the above cases I'm talking about ACTIVITY and brain wave, NOT passiveness and brain wave. They are totally different. > I hadn't really thought of it until now, but I guess I don't wonder if I am at alpha or theta anymore. I can't measure it anyway. I actually bought the machines, and had to verify for myself. Then once verified, I sold them:-) I just > do the daily drill of 15 minutes at level, and maybe practice with > the theta sound once a month. For me it's always the results I get > that tell me whether I am doing things correctly. Here's a suggestion for what WORKS BEST for most people. Once a week put on the " Centering drill " and just get totally absorbed into it, as you state totally conscious. The " centering " drill that is on the Remote Viewing ESP cd's is at THETA... > If I tune into what I felt/saw the very first time I was able to > remotely scan and correctly detect a number of health cases in a >row, that seems to bring me to the correct level for case working. Yes, that is called an ANCHOR. I suggest that you need to stack many more successful cases, to get that anchor right! On my Anchoring videos I teach how to do that... ....and I also teach how-to-anchor Chakras, Joy Circuits, blab, blab, blab... >It seems to work most of the time. But, I have off days. When I am >tired or stressed it doesn't seem to work as well. That's because you are doing at least 4 things incorrectly... Thing #1. You are diluting the anchor with stress or fatigue... Thing #2. You are NOT really triggering that anchor for success first. You are " just thinking " about it, sort of. Thing #3. You are NOT clear with your INTENTION when you go to level. Even going to level is an INTENTION, not a " I need to do X, because... " Thing #4. Once Kalimagic was doing the drills with a group of SS guys. And she did horribly! So I took her back up to beta, full consciousness, THEN back down again to the remote viewing plane, and she had 100% direct hits! What happened before is that the SS people were blocking her skills accidently by " thinking " about her nice big boobs, and NOT about enhancing her skills at remote viewing. So... ....my point is, OUTSIDE INTERFERENCES can also mess with what you are doing... So make sure those " hidden distractions " are also gone. I do need to make a clarification here. This is REMOTE VIEWING with FULL CONSCIOUS AWARENESS! This is NOT going into a deep sonabulistic trance where you have no awareness (like with Cayce), and you need an operator to get any answers at all. We go way beyond that type of training. > At any rate, I'm only six months into it and know I'm still a > fledgeling.....still collecting a lot of points of reference and > enjoying the newly discovered skills. Good for you. I've had people that ONLY do the drills when they are at the seminar, then they wonder " why " people like Knippenberg is getting so damn good... It all goes back to the Doctrine of the Mean... " ...when you DO THE DAMN DRILLS, you GET THE SKILLS! " Simple, really!
