Guest guest
Dr. La Tourrette, Thanks for all the clarification, and the reminder about doing the theta centering exercise weekly, I was doing it probably monthly. I have the theta centering CD from the RVRI set, so no excuse for me! I thought the daily programming was sufficient, but you're the expert and I'm obviously not there, so I'm listening.. Learn the bridges between beta and alpha, and ACTIVITY so you are > conscious all the while! > > Learn the bridges between beta and alpha and theta, and ACTITIVY so > you are conscious all the while. > Bridging, as you described it above, is making a bit more sense to me now. Would an example of bridging between beta/alpha/theta/activity be the times I have worked health cases, when I have read the person's gender, age, location at beta and then I see the image of the person and their problem areas with my eyes open? This sometimes happens before I can even close my eyes and say 3,2,1 to go to level. Haven't been able to do cases, eyes open, with consistency though, it just sort of happens. That's probably where doing 1001 practice cases comes in...and the anchoring, and the goal setting and intention, and.....OK it's beginning to make a lot of sense now. Example of beta/alpha/activity bridging would be like those times when when I ask a question at beta, then shift my eye focus to an unfocused position that reminds me somewhat of daydreaming, or sometimes even better yet, I just take my attention off of the question completely, then the solution just sort of pops into my head when I am doing something completely unrelated. That method seems to work well, don't know why, but I am sure there is an explanation for it that escapes me. > I suggest that you need to stack many more successful cases, to get > that anchor right! I'm working toward 1001 as we speak....good thing this is so interesting and fun! > > On my Anchoring videos I teach how to do that... > > ...and I also teach how-to-anchor Chakras, Joy Circuits, blab, blab, > blab... I'd be interested in getting the anchoring videos if you have them available. I'll contact you off line about it if OK. Guest guest
Hi Doc, One more thing I meant to ask in the last post is how to work around the outside distractions such as you mentioned below. Would the key again have to do with anchoring? Find an anchor that strongly represents those times when I effortlessly came through with my remote viewing, remote influencing objectives, then zero in on the feelings associated with that level of mind, intend to succeed like before, and do the RVRI from there? If I'm shooting from the hip let me know. Thanks very much, Lori >So I took her back up to beta, full consciousness, THEN back down > again to the remote viewing plane, and she had 100% direct hits! > > What happened before is that the SS people were blocking her skills > accidently by " thinking " about her nice big boobs, and NOT about > enhancing her skills at remote viewing. > > So... > > ...my point is, OUTSIDE INTERFERENCES can also mess with what you > are doing... > > So make sure those " hidden distractions " are also gone.
