Guest guest Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 Hi Daniel, There is a method I know that uses alternating hands, alternating sides of face and the eyepoints 1, 2, 3 (EFTs inner, outer, under). Begin by doing a SUD check to get a baseline. Scale of 0-10- how upset? Then begin touching (no tapping) with the left hand the inner eyepoint and being with what is, " I'm angry " , then change to the opposite hand, and the inner eyepoint on the right side and again " I'm angry " . It continues back and forth, stimulating alternating hemispheres till all 3 eyepoints on both sides have been touched. BASIC PEAT SEQUENCE: SUD Check then- Left Hand/Left 1st eyepoint (inner) state what is- " I'm angry " Right Hand/Right 1st eyepoint (inner) state what is- " I'm angry " Left Hand/Left 2nd eyepoint (outer) state what is- " I'm angry " Right Hand/Right 2nd eyepoint (outer) state what is- " I'm angry " Left Hand/Left 3rd eyepoint (under) state what is- " I'm angry " Right Hand/Right 3rd eyepoint (under) state what is- " I'm angry " Check with SUD check again- run rounds till zero/fill with Light. This is called Basic PEAT, developed by Zivorad Mihajlovic Slavinski of Belgrade.
