Guest guest
Well group, It's been a great 8 months since I went down to 204 lbs. And last Sunday, after finishing the intensive and all the one-on-ones I weighted myself and noticed I was back up to 214 lbs. Now it's 8 days later. This morning I weighted in at 207. Next week I'll weight in at 200. Gawd! It is so NICE to know how to do that safely, quickly, easily and without any starvation hunger pangs, without any sense of deprivation, without feeling tired and weak. I first did this back in 85. I was 247 and I considered myself a tub-of-lard. So I used a past anchor on another issue that I'd been successful with and blew out the 'energy' around eating. Within one year I was at my old fighting trim of 168 lbs. Which is pretty slim for a guy 6 feet 2 inches tall. So I went back to 185 and held myself there for many years. I am so happy that this time the effort needed to lose the fat and keep the muscle is so much easier and more effective. And the cool thing is, this new method also has the 'energy' and the 'easy energy method'. John La Tourrette, PhD
