Yes, put up a mental picture of him " out there " (10 feet infront of

you) and say " NO " to him and his image many many times as you use

your gestures to push him away.

 

Say " NO " out loud...

 

....even YELL IT, as you push him away.

 

Then, that use of your two external powers will cause him to go

elsewhere.

 

He will go away.

 

Then, for what you want, say " YES " to many many times until it is

true for you.

 

Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
