Good point Lily. Doing the rebounder for 5 minutes really does get things moving. And it also strengthens all those female organs so that women do not have those embarrassing moments when they sneeze. John La Tourrette, PhD PS. The rebounder is cheap AND EFFECTIVE when used. It's only $19 bucks at a Wal-mart, and I've found them from $1 to $5 bucks at yard sales and flea-markets. There is NO excuse for not owning one and using one daily, EXCEPT STUPIDITY and LAZINESS! Even a legless person can use one.
Guest guest
AND --You can use the rebounder to strengthen your core: -- use it to do push ups that are a bit kinder to shoulder joints (there is some give in the trampoline). Try full push-ups, hands under your shoulders.Or, just hold the plank position to strengthen your core muscles. (hands on the rebounder skin -- toes on floor).A test for core strength is how long you can hold a static push up. (plank position in yoga)If you lay on the rebounder -- you can comfortably do a mix of Wayne Cook posture and glut stretch. Or do comfortable sit-ups.We have one in the middle of our office -- which helps tons when we're working long days I LOVE my rebounder -- thanks Doc for recommending it years ago.
