Celtic weave Vs. Auric weave

Hope everyone's feeling good and fine

 

 

I was wondeing if anyone knew if what differences there are between

the celtic weave Donna Eden describes in the " Energy Medicine " text

and the " auric weave " she performs on the " Energy Psychology Interactive " ?

 

The exercise performed in the interactive differs from the celtic

weave exercise in that it doesn't end off with the scooping of energy

from the earth to cover your entire body. Is the Celtic Weave a

revised version of the auric weave, or are they two different

exercises with two different purposes?

 

The auric weave has you start off by doing figure 8's on the side of

your head. Does this help with the penetrating flow by any chance?

 

As i was doing the auric weave, i was reminded of the drill in " the

promise of energy psychology " , the drill in which you activate the

bridge circuits on the back for yang energy. I wondered if the auric

weave helps to activate that flow of energy? I noticed that her palms

do go behind her back a couple of times, as described in the drill

from the book.
