Guest guest
Most are familiatr with the term karma yoga, describing the yoga [mindfulness] of every day activities But Karma Yoga refers to the energy of action. Karma qiGong refrers to the inaction within the action and applies also to mindfullness druring day to day activities. Try this one. First turn on the mental light. Focus your intent upon doing this drill and then Do it. Empty completely of all thought and unnesessary muscle holding. Elimintate all resistance and weight inside the skin bag. Feel as if your insides are the emptiness of a baloon. Go to the kithcen and do something; meal prep or cleaning or both. Stay completely empty while doing it. Just the act of slicing a tomato, for example, mindfully using only the minimum muscle activity ot do so, without any holding in the upper torso or solar plexus. Notice that with the knife in proper positon, just a slight turn of the waist should propel the knife forward in a slicing motion with no torso contraction of muscles. The work gets done while you're meditating in motion. The objective is to empty out totally and stay mindfully empty while doing the chores. Rmember the taiji axiom. " If you are not empty, completely empty, you're full... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. , , , , of shit! " Sung. rusty
