Guest guest
I went to go check in on my horses last night and while there I decided I'd check out their energy fields and auras. I thought I'd practice in the dark for a change. So I held out my hands and started doing Ha breathing, and when I did I was surprised by what I saw. Each time I inhaled, the light all around my hands intensified, the light at the fingertips got much brighter, and my entire hands seemed to have a soft glow like there was light coming from within them. I was also able to make out brighter spots on my hands that coincided with what I think must be meridians points all over my hands, and these also intensified each time I inhaled. The effect reminded me of how hot coals will get brighter if you take a bellows to get more air to them. The overall effect when I finished was that, the Ha breathing seemed to make my hands glow brighter than they did before I began and to glow from within. Something I hadn't really noticed before. Too bad I didn't think of using the pendulum to check the energy level of my palm chakras before and after but will remember next time to try that. This may all be old news, but I thought it was kind of neat to see this happening right in front of my eyes for the first time. Lori
Guest guest
Meant to ask in the last post but was in a hurry to get some shit done last night: When I was looking at my hands and saw the little spots of light intensify on them, what was it that I was seeing? Was it the points where meridians come to the surface or was it the little chakras that I read about that are associated with each of the joints? Something else? Has anyone seen these? Can someone describe the difference? When I look directly at them they disappear so it's hard to get a good long look. The bright spots coincided with the joints on my hand so I'm tempted to say they were chakras. Also the light was white that time rather than the light blue I've seen in the past before I did Ha breathing. Thanks!
