I've been playing with this for a few days and the drill works very

well - much more attentive table service, feeling fine, feeling better

than before, noticeably friendlier reactions from pretty much everyone

(and hey, I was pretty darn' good lookin' to begin with;)lol.

Couple of points I've noticed that make a positive difference:

- stroke the energy flows nice and slowly, like Jim said. A really

good deep breath times it nicely, runs to a good 5+ seconds per rep

for me anyway;).

- I get immediate physical feedback if I'm stimulating it correctly,

feels like pleasant shivering sensation over back of neck, shoudlers

and tingling down over the skin of upper body, down to feet. Similar

energetic sensation to clearing with EFT.

- rubbing palms together vigorously for a few seconds first seems to

stimulate the palm chakra's, which makes it easier to feel the energy

flows and where they run. The feeling in the palms is like stroking

through water - slow enough to ripple without splashing etc.

Question - in DE's EPI there's mention of (don't have it to hand just

now) thoughts that enhance the RE's, specifically thinking of people

you love, care about etc. Is this the best focus when doing this

drill, or can you flavour the energy flow with different intentions?

Does the drill stimulate generally friendly energies, reinforced by

general thoughts about 'love' etc, or can you use it like the 'zip-up'

central meridian drill where you program in an intention/affirmation

as you zip up?

Could you use something like the Temporal Tap drill to program in

automatically strong radiant energies?

Jim, those drills sound pretty interesting. I've heard Silvia mention

using EFT literally on your 'self-image' in a mirror until you're

perfectly happy with your appearance;)

Win Wenger mentioned a similar drill using his Noise-Removal breathing

drill whilst looking at yourself in a mirror, sweeping up and out any

resistance, noise or stress until you feel pretty darn' groovy being you.

Hmmmmm...

that, which are drills that Doc taught me which really skyrocket your

self-esteem.
