Well NOT really, and NOT in most cases, just sometimes.

 

What you are talking about is astra projection, NOT remote viewing.

 

BOTH operate with use of low brain wave frequencies.

 

Astral projection is normally, for most people, where the

consciousness leaves the body and travels else due to it's

intentions or it's emotional pulls.

 

....AND astra projection is normally accidentally done at delta brain

wave where there is NO bridge of consciousness between the different

minds.

 

So those trips are normally not remembered except very fuzzily with

just wisps of " things occuring " .

 

A BETTER and much EASIER method is Remote Viewing....

 

....which there are several methods that actually work.

 

The important similaries are the " bridges of consciousness " that are

developed and trained so that the conscious mind (uhane) can become

aware of the signals that the unconscious mind (unihipili) gives to

it.

 

Those are pictures, feelings, sounds, intuitions.

 

You open a window in your mind and see through that window, that is

remote viewing...

 

....and you can step through that window and experience what you see.

 

When you step through that window you are now consciously astral

projecting.
