Hello

I'm new to the list. I have a health issue that I'm working on and

would appreciate advice.

Has anyone had or worked with someone who has had chronic hives?

I've had them since February. I'm having to take anti-histamine

almost daily, which isn't great for me because it makes me really

lethargic and gives me sinus congestion and swelling. It also takes

a while to start working.

I've been working with the Silva meditations and one of Donna Eden's

TW exercises from her Energy Medicine Book regularly for a few weeks

now, before that I wasn't being as consistent in doing the

exercises. They help a bit, but I am wondering if there are specific

things that I could do to speed up the healing process.

I've experienced chronic hives on and off since my early 20's (I'm 38

now) I controlled them with antihistamines until I learned about

alternative medicine about 8 years ago. Then I used acupuncture and

to alleviate them (and was completely free of them

for 4+ years) This time the acupuncture and Chinese medicine didn't

make any difference. I've eliminated many foods from my diet (I'm

suddenly sensitive to many foods/spices)and have used energy testing

to see what I can eat, with varied results. I know that stress and

not taking good enough care of myself is what brought them back in

Feb, but since then I have been taking care of myself and I don't

have a high level of stress. My stress now is dealing with the

chronic hives.

Thanks in advance.

Lily
