Guest guest
I hope that it's ok to post jobs on this site? Thanks Robert Acupuncture Job posting Intentional Health and Wellness is currently accepting resumes from licensed acupuncturists for positions in a unique mind/body oriented high end spa located in the Boston Back Bay area. Exhale mind body spa combines core strengthening exercise, yoga and transformative healing therapies including acupuncture to address the holistic health of their clientele. We offer competitive pay in a beautiful and supportive environment. The shifts are 6 hours from 8:30-2:30 and 3-9 PM but we may be flexible in scheduling for the right acupuncturist. This is a sub-contractor position in which you are working for a licensed acupuncturist treating IHW patients. This position represents a good income source while you build or maintain your private practice. A background in massage/bodywork, energetic therapy (including Qi Gong) or a yoga background is a plus. Applicants must also possess a current Massachusetts acupuncture license, NCCAOM board certification, and a malpractice/liability insurance face sheet. We are currently not treating our patients with herbs and the practitioner will not be able to do herbal consults for IHW patients at this time. The practitioner must be willing to learn and apply certain proprietary treatment protocols but will be expected to utilize point's formula and other techniques according to their assessment of the patients' pattern of disharmony. Accurate charting is also required. Selected practitioners will be fully supported by staff and management. They will be responsible only for treatments, record keeping, treatment room cleanliness/organization, and self promotion among staff, instructors and membership. However, the success of the acupuncturist will depend on his or her ability to interact with the clientele effectively. I will personally support the acupuncture staff in this area. Interested parties should send resume and cover letter to Intentional Health and Wellness exhaledoc
