You go to theta, using your self-suggestion, your previous conditionings, your Anchors for certain states... THEN... When you start using that state, THE MENTAL ACTIVITY WILL CAUSE YOU to bounce up a hz or two... ....so you'll start at theta, about 7 cps (theta), then when doing the Remote Viewing ESP you'll automatically go to where it's needed to go... ....which is determined by your intention... ....and, again, activity will cause you to go from 7 to 10 cps... ....so if you start at 10 cps (alpha) and you bounce up to 14 cps (beta), now you are no longer at level, and you are no longer in the psychic range. And people that bounce from alpha to beta are now hallucinating their skills versus actually picking up proper information BECAUSE their radio was tuned in properly. Of course, AFTER you've the skills, all the above rules fall to the side of the road, and you can just about drive as fast as you want. BUT, get the proper tuning skills first, okay? Guest guest
Hi Doc, Thanks for the great feedback. Now, my next question is, why spend time practicing to tune to the alpha level when the " theta to alpha " range is more stable for psychic functioning, healing? Is it kind of a " training wheels " thing? First you need to learn to tune to alpha, then to theta? Or, maybe you can tell me if I have formed an incorrect conclusion? I hadn't really thought of it until now, but I guess I don't wonder if I am at alpha or theta anymore. I can't measure it anyway. I just do the daily drill of 15 minutes at level, and maybe practice with the theta sound once a month. For me it's always the results I get that tell me whether I am doing things correctly. If I tune into what I felt/saw the very first time I was able to remotely scan and correctly detect a number of health cases in a row, that seems to bring me to the correct level for case working. It seems to work most of the time. But, I have off days. When I am tired or stressed it doesn't seem to work as well. At any rate, I'm only six months into it and know I'm still a fledgeling.....still collecting a lot of points of reference and enjoying the newly discovered skills.
