Hi Shari, Yes, the above drill is great, ESPECIALLY when combined with, and added to the " Connecting Between Heaven and Earth " drill. And you need to do more than just that drill if you want to make headway with HBP. A good way to eliminate stress from one's life is to go to theta brain wave three times a day, morning, noon and evening. The simplist way to do this is use headphones and a good relaxation cd. Then there are the forehead neurolymphatics... ....and the spinal flush... ....Bringing down the flame... ....expelling the venom... These all help keep the internal wreckage from HBP down. Here I'm talking about the gross enlargement of the heart, the all-important adrenal glands, the shrunken thymus and the lymphatic glands and peptic ulcers. And, you need more! You need the massage. The massage of the lymphatic reflex points, the massage of the spine and all those lymphatics... You need exercise. 45 minutes a day of a brisk walk in the outdoors...or golfing...or riding...you need hydrotherapy... NOTICE that the exercise is NOT the lifting of heavy weights. Well, why not? Good question. Because with some people that have HBP the lifting of heavy weights might be so disturbing upon the arteries that the very wall may give way or allow seepages. So, stay away also from a good heavy vigorous massage. ....you need to eat in a way that there are NO FATS and so your food is NEVER FRIED! So, over a bit of time, the simplist way is to keep away from fats, and then the blood pressure will eventually return to normal for some folks. This is meant in two way. " Fat " as in your eating and cooking habits... ....and " fat " as in over-weight. One of my clients, an athlete, weighted 210 lbs. We took away fats, bread, and sugars... He slowly dropped to 167, and looked real good... ....and his HBP dropped to 115/70. He went off his blood pressure pills, and his sex drive came back. Another item that is very good is Vit C, and in large amounts (3,000 mgs, three times a day). This type of increase in Vit C decreases total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, and increases HDL cholesterol. Also, a good dose of Vit C (3,000 mgs of powered Vit C dissolved in warm water) taken before breakfast can act as a natural laxative and speed up the elimination of the waste material in the bowel, thus decreasing the reabsorption of the bile acids and their reconversion to cholesterol. A high fiber diet also has value because of a similar effect. Then you need all those drills from Energy Psychology, Hypnosis, and NLP that help with homolaterol, with Psychological Reversals, and with Scrambled energies. With High Blood Pressure, as with any chronic condition, you NEED A SYSTEMS APPROACH, not just a spinal flush, and then hopes it goes away.
