Here's a few brief contributions....

I know precisely what you're speaking of. I was so kindly gifted with

two of these special knives from a student of mine that is a teacher

of an esoteric martial art. Both of the keris I was given have

spirits within them and both blades were forged from meteorites. When

I received these gifts my student also kindly instructed me how to

care for the spirits in these knives in order to maintain their

energy and space properly.

 

I've always had a great fondness for meteorites, tektites and impact

glasses. I have a fairly substantial number in my personal stone

spirit family, including some fairly uncommon species of meteorites.

I also work with the knives on a regular basis through ritual,

prayers and offerings.

 

I consider the meteorites to be very, very powerful stone spirits.

They bridge galactic energy with terrestrial energy and allow us to

establish a real resonance with that in the body. These spirits are

able to open us up to expansive and evolutionary frequencies of

energy that not only expand existing chakras, but also activate new

energy centers in and around our bodies.

 

I can see why these are so highly valued in esoteric martial arts,

because they do contain an energy that is hard to find in any

terrestrial stone at all. With some awareness of how to circulate

energy through one's body, the stone spirits of the meteorites would

allow one to work with a markedly increased and expanded current of

energy.

 

If you're interested in chi kung, you may find some great resonance

with the red Chinese quartz crystals. These crystals have become more

popular in the past year or so, but they are coated with hematite and

display a red color due to this coating. Many also include hematite

(often of the specular variety) at their base, which brings an added

dimension to their energies.

 

I have also found that red zincite crystals are excellent for

circulating energy through one's body, so you may consider that stone

as well.

Yes, fulgurites are very powerful stone spirits. They are a member of

a family of naturally fused glasses. They are formed when lightning

strikes the sand and travels along a specific path. In its travels

the bolt of lightning fuses the sand together and the end result of

the fulgurite.

 

The more highly valued types of fulgurites are those that are hollow,

having an open center through which the bolt of lightning traveled.

Many of the fulgurites are fused together in the center, which makes

them a bit more stable and able to be carried about.

 

Fulgurites are stones of the shaman. They are very intense and I

don't find many people that are attracted to them. Those that are

generally have a very strong attraction and recognition of their

energies.

 

Fulgurites are gateways for shamanic travel. They are profound

spirits that can create a charge of energy within and around one's

body. They are experts at energy work and can remove dissonance from

a person's body in a surprisingly short period of time. They are also

often associated with the trickster dieties, so the right use of

power through responsibility is a lesson that they bring to us.

 

Fulgurites are found all around the world and they range in color

from white to brown to black, some even displaying purple and reddish

tones.

 

Very, very powerful stone spirits for sure.

Do you see this info as applying to moldavite, as well? I've always been

attracted to this stone spirit and have begun trying to work with it on a

more organized basis. Any suggestions?
