This is always a valid question. But the practical questions are easily

answered. The advice is to take a tsp of turmeric in a glass of water.

It's an easy thing to do, and probably healthful in other ways. So that

trying it for, say, a month, shouldn't be a problem for most of us. I

intend to try it. If it works, I won't be concerned about an absence of

" scientific documentation, " supporting it.

I thought it was common knowledge that the h. pylori bacteria attacked the sphincter between the stomach and the esophogus and weakend it, allowing stomach acids to enter the esophogus and "burn" it.

 

As I posted earlier, I have met people who had constanct heart burn and then they did a few weeks of olive leaf extract and it went away.
