Guest guest
Thanks! I sure do appreciate it! Doc said something to me one evening after hours about being smart, and I said, " Heck, all I do is find people who know what I want to know, and I go study ALL THEIR STUFF! " I did not know how to turn my books and posts into a video presentation. Yeah, I know how to speak in public. I've done it before. Pretty damn good at it most of the time. I've even given a couple of longer classes. Most of my public speaking has been in the 20-30 minute range. I can give a good presentation within a certain time limit. But I did not know how to turn my products into a longer and higher priced product. Doc asked me if I wanted to present at his seminar. Only an idiot would have said no! LOL I asked him what he wanted me to do, and he told me how to take what I've already done and turn it into a video product. Then when I got there, I had all my notes and I had prepared, but I was tired and still not sure which way to go with the presentation, although I know my topic real well. He BUMPED my time slot ON PURPOSE, and set me up for success. By the third day, I had a real good idea where the seminar was going and a better idea of what people wanted to know. Doc set me up for success. I would have flopped without his help. Then AFTER I presented, he closed up loose ends and explained things that people did not know about (that I did not calibrate they were confused on). Like I said, I would have flopped without Doc's help. And my CD set has several things in there I learned from Doc. Hell, I wouldn't even have ANY products if it weren't for Doc. And I wouldn't know as much as I know, either. So, yeah, I sure do appreciate your compliments, and I owe a whole helluva lot of that to Doc! I'm sure glad I amd one of the ones who gets to go to his seminars over and over again, because he even has martial arts students at his school who don't get to go to all the seminars. I'm real proud every time I get a certificate for training signed by Doc! Best damn seminars on the planet!!! (and you probably DOn't want to sign up now for the February Dream Invaders Seminar while there's still seats available!!!!) Jim stuydaze <stuydaze Nov 3, 2005 2:16 PM Jim's stuff rocks! Not to take away anything from doc's stuff, if that were possible, but I've been listening to Jim's latest & I gotta say it's excellent. He presents in a very casual, conversational style, but hte material is solid! I've gotten his other ebooks & they're excellent, too. Rock on, Jim.
