" IF I DID KNOW WHAT JOE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS WORK, WHAT SPECIFICALLY

I have a question, can you overnormalize the triple warmer

or over do the Wayne Cook posture? I have noticed that if i

continue doing the drill then I can get worse than I was before

I started it or is there something else involved?
