Dear friends,

 I am attaching herewith the RTE Bill - 2008 which has been introduced in the last session of the Rajya Sabha. I have already circulated write-ups on critiques of the Bill by various authors. An informal Meeting of various individuals/ groups (by invitation) will be held in Hyderabad on June 21-22, 2009 to critically examine and review the Bill and suggest changes in the Bill before it is passed.

 

I request you to please go through the Bill and may give your views and suggest changes, if desired. I shall carry your suggestion to the Meeting. Pl. remember that this is a one-time opportunity of bringing about some major changes in our School Educational System
